2. Payment and Refund Policy

All payments made for online or in-person sessions, packages, or services are non-refundable.

Missed Appointments: Missed appointments are non-refundable and cannot be credited toward future sessions.

Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled time may not be accommodated and will result in forfeiture of the session.

Late Arrival: If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and no partial refunds will be provided.
