The 90-minute session gives us more time to explore several areas that block your energy. We begin with a short talk to map what needs attention. Then I work through the layers of energy and emotion, letting each part speak and be released in turn. You may feel waves of relief, images, or simple calm as things shift.

This session is paced to keep you comfortable while allowing deeper change. After, we’ll discuss what opened and the next steps you can take to keep growing.

Session logistics

Sessions are available in person in Malaga or by Zoom. You’ll get a reminder before our time and simple notes after the session to help you stay grounded. Bring a notebook if you like to write down anything that comes up.

The 90-minute session is priced at €97. If you need to reschedule, please give 24 hours’ notice when possible. I’ll answer any questions before we book so you feel clear and ready.
